Eriogonum umbellatum (Sulphur Flower Buckwheat) is a species of shrub in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Western North America, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Great Copper, Coronis Fritillary, Satyrium semiluna, and Euphilotes glaucon comstocki. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
