Hydrocotyle ranunculoides (Floating Marshpennywort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apiaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is associated with freshwater habitat. Floating Marshpennywort is native to the contiguous United States, eastern north america, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Pantanal, Mato Grosso, São Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Distrito Federal, Santa Catarina, Amazônia, Paraná, and Espirito Santo. It has simple, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.24 m.
