Passiflora foetida (Fetid Passionflower) is a species of shrub in the family Passifloraceae. They are climbers. They are native to Pará, Paraná, Maranhao, AmazôNia, RondôNia, The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Pantanal, Alagoas, Mata Atlântica, Roraima, South America, Tocantins, Acre (Brazil), Distrito Federal, Amapá, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Caatinga, Ceará, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pernambuco, GoiáS, Bahia, ParaíBa, Rio De Janeiro, Piauí, Mato Grosso, Pampa, Cerrado, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Norte, SãO Paulo, Sergipe, and The Americas. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Carpenter Bees, Polistes, Cymaenes trebius, and Trigona spinipes. Individuals can grow to 2.3 m.
