Salix cinerea (Grey Willow) is a species of tree in the family Salicaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Kazakhstan, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland, Poland, United Kingdom, Yugoslavia, Spain, Azerbaijan, Hungary, The Netherlands, France, Norway, Belarus, Belgium, Estonia, Albania, Czech Republic, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, Austria, Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Denmark, Romania, Sweden, and Russia. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Eupeodes corollae, Merodon equestris, Scaeva pyrastri, and Platycheirus scutatus. Individuals can grow to 3.8 m.
