Chaenactis fremontii (Pincushion Flower) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Western North America. They have broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Master Blister Beetle, Ornate Checkered Beetle, Honey bee, and Red-eared Blister Beetle. Individuals can grow to 4 dm.
