Arbutus menziesii (Pacific Madrone) is a species of tree in the family Ericaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, United States, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Orange-rumped bumblebee, Euclidia ardita, Epirrhoe plebeculata, and Vanessa cardui. Individuals can grow to 80 feet.
