Lithospermum ruderale (Western Stoneseed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by 7-spot ladybird and Brown-belted Bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 0.46 m.
