Pastinaca sativa (Wild Parsnip) is a species of biennial herb in the family Apiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by beetles, Monarch, Eumenes fraternus Say 1824, and Myathropa florea. Individuals can grow to 0.75 m.
