Sanicula graveolens (Northern Sanicle) is a species of perennial herb in the family umbellifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Prosopochaeta caliginosa and Scaeva melanostoma. Individuals can grow to 4.5 dm.
