Petroselinum crispum (Parsley) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Melangyna novaezelandiae (Macquart 1855), Buff-tailed bumblebee, Melanostoma fasciatum (Macquart 1850), and Technomyrmex jocosus Forel 1910. Individuals can grow to 0.63 m.
