Phlox paniculata (fall phlox) is a herb species of plants in the family Polemoniaceae, with a self-supporting growth habit. It has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Snowberry Clearwing, Spicebush swallowtail, Spicebush swallowtail, and Black Swallowtail. It is a photoautotroph.
