Scrophularia nodosa (Common Figwort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Scrophulariaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to the contiguous United States. Common Figwort has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Symmorphus gracilis (Brullé 1832). Common Figwort is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.69 m.
