Aster alpinus (Alpine Aster) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Lycaena hippothoe. Individuals can grow to 0.3 feet.
