Momordica foetida is a species of perennial herb in the family Cucurbitaceae. It is an obligate climber. It has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Ctenoplectra bequaerti Cockerell 1930. Momordica foetida is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 2.3 m. Reproduction is monoecious.
