Schinopsis brasiliensis (Chamacoco) is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alagoas, Distrito Federal, South America, Sergipe, Ceará, Cerrado, Mato Grosso Do Sul, GoiáS, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Norte, Caatinga, Mato Grosso, ParaíBa, Piauí, Pernambuco, and Bahia. They have compound, broad leaves and samara.
