Miconia fallax is a species of tree in the family melastomes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, Bahia, SãO Paulo, Maranhao, Piauí, GoiáS, Pará, Amazônia, Tocantins, Minas Gerais, Roraima, Sergipe, ParaíBa, RondôNia, and Rio Grande Do Norte. They have simple, broad leaves.
