Ocotea pulchella is a species of tree in the family Lauraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Tocantins, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Cerrado, Distrito Federal, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Rio Grande Do Sul, GoiáS, Mata Atlântica, and Rio De Janeiro. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 12 m.
