Couma utilis is a species of tree in the family Apocynaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Acre (Brazil), The Neotropics, Amazônia, Roraima, RondôNia, Pará, and Amapá. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by undetermined Cottoidei Lake Baikal, Juno Heliconian, and Xylocopa frontalis.
