Cleomella arborea (Bladderpod Spiderflower) is a species of shrub in the family Cleomaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Western North America, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Augochlorella pomoniella, Callophrys dumetorum perplexa, California Anthophora, and California Bumble Bee. Individuals can grow to 1.5 m.
