Palicourea racemosa is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Cerrado, Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Amazônia, SãO Paulo, Pernambuco, Tocantins, Amapá, Piauí, GoiáS, Ceará, Paraná, Rio De Janeiro, Roraima, Alagoas, ParaíBa, Rio Grande Do Norte, RondôNia, Acre (Brazil), Bahia, Maranhao, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pará, Distrito Federal, and Sergipe. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 2.4 m.
