Pseudolycopodiella meridionalis (Carolina False Clubmoss) is a species of perennial herb in the family club mosses. It is native to the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Pará, Rio de Janeiro, Maranhao, Espirito Santo, Tocantins, Amazônia, Paraná, Goiás, Amazônia, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso, Paraíba, Mata Atlântica, Cerrado, Santa Catarina, Amapá, Pampa, Amazônia, and São Paulo. It is a photoautotroph.
