Comandra umbellata (Bastard Toadflax) is a species of perennial herb in the family Santalaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and drupes. Flowers are visited by Tachina, Callophrys niphon, Apis mellifera, and Telephorus. Individuals can grow to 0.28 m.
