Centratherum punctatum (Larkdaisy) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Ceará, Sergipe, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso Do Sul, AmazôNia, Cerrado, Piauí, Roraima, Pampa, Caatinga, Pará, Maranhao, Santa Catarina, Rio De Janeiro, GoiáS, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, ParaíBa, Mata Atlântica, Amapá, Pernambuco, Acre (Brazil), Pantanal, Paraná, Tocantins, RondôNia, Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso, Alagoas, Rio Grande Do Norte, and SãO Paulo. They have broad leaves and achene. Flowers are visited by Xylocopa micans, Danaus plexippus, Lerodea eufala, and Panoquina ocola. Individuals can grow to 8 dm.
