Ethalia carneolata is a species of snails in the family top snails. They are native to Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone, Natal, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Molukka Sea, Mascarene Islands, and Persian Gulf. Individuals can grow to 13.5 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
