Artemisia californica (Coastal Sagebrush) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, North America, Western North America, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Celastrina echo and Western pygmy blue butterfly. Individuals can grow to 1.7 m.
