Ceratioidei is a suborder of bony fishes. There are 167 species of Ceratioidei, in 35 genera and 11 families. This suborder has been around since the upper jurassic epoch. It includes groups like Fanfins, Double Anglers, and Whipnose Seadevils. They are carnivores. They have sexual reproduction.
