Ostrea stentina (Crested Oyster) is a species of mussels in the family oyster. Adult Crested Oyster form marine reefs. Dead Crested Oyster form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 93 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
