Dolicholatirus cayohuesonicus is a species of Gastropoda in the family Fasciolariidae. They are found in marine habitat. Dead Dolicholatirus cayohuesonicus form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 16 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
