Charadrius dubius (Little Ringed Plover) is a species of birds in the family Charadriidae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are found in australasia, Oceania (Australia And Islands), the indo-malayan realm, The Afrotropics, and the palearctic. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 48 cm. Reproduction is dioecious. They have parental care (occasionally breeds cooperatively). They rely on flight to move around.
