Montipora foveolata is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Montipora foveolata form shallow marine sediments. Montipora foveolata form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They have parental care (symbiont inheritance). They are sessile animals.
