Bromelia (Bromelia) is a genus of perennial herb in the family bromeliads. They are native to Puerto Rico and The Neotropics. Flowers are visited by Chlorostilbon, Stripe-breasted Starthroat, Ruby Topaz, and Swallow-tailed Hummingbird. Individuals can grow to 16 m.
