Symphyotrichum spathulatum (Mountain American Aster) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and The Americas. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Phyciodes mylitta, Eristalis hirta, Tharsalea mariposa, and Western White.
