Nuphar (Pond Lily) is a genus of perennial herb in the family waterlilies. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to North America, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Canada, The Contiguous United States, and Alaska. Flowers are visited by Lasioglossum nelumbonis, Parhelophilus rex, Lasioglossum nymphaearum, and Hylaeus nelumbonis.
