Scaphiopus holbrookii (Eastern Spadefoot Toad) is a species of amphibians in the family American spadefoot toads. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are found in The Neotropics and The Nearctic. They are nocturnal. Individuals can grow to 78 mm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is dioecious. They rely on saltation to move around.
