Lavia frons (Yellow Winged Bat) is a species of bats in the family false vampire bats. It is found in the Afrotropics and the Palearctic. It is an invertivore. Individuals can grow to 23.9 g. Reproduction is viviparous and dioecious. Yellow Winged Bat relies on flight to move around.
