Conepatus leuconotus (American Hog Nosed Skunk) is a species of mammals in the family skunks. It is found in the Neotropics and the Nearctic. It is a nocturnal invertivore. Individuals are known to live for 84 months and can grow to 3500 g. Reproduction is dioecious. American Hog Nosed Skunk relies on arboreal (locomotion) to move around.
