Gorilla beringei (Eastern Gorilla) is a species of primates in the family Hominidae. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are native to Ethiopia. They are diurnal herbivores. Reproduction is viviparous and dioecious. They have parental care (paternal care and female provides care).
