Rhynchospora colorata (Starrush Whitetop) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Queen, Long-windged Skipper, Twin-spot Skipper, and Baracoa skipper. Individuals can grow to 0.9 m.
