Rosa spinosissima (Scotch Rose) is a species of shrub in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have compound, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by High brown fritillary, Volucella inflata, and Platycheirus peltatus. Individuals can grow to 0.53 m.
