Corydoras oxyrhynchus is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de pantsermeervallen (Callichthyidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1967 door Nijssen & Isbrücker.

尖吻兵鯰，為輻鰭魚綱鯰形目美鯰科的其中一種，為熱帶淡水魚。分布於南美洲蘇利南Saramacca河流域，體長可達5公分，棲息在底層水域，生活習性不明。
