Ichthyomyzon gagei (Southern Brook Lamprey) is a species of lampreys in the family northern lampreys. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Nearctic. They are herbivores. Individuals can grow to 17.0 cm. They have parental care (female provides care and paternal care).
