Katja mira is a pyralid moth species described by Hans Georg Amsel in 1951 from material collected by Brandt in Iran. Leraut (2002) subsequently placed this species in the genus Zitha.
The Swedish Museum of Natural History provides images of the habitus, genitalia, and specimen labels of a male type specimen collected by Brandt on 7 May 1937 at ca. 2000 m, Iran, Fars, Straße Chiraz - Kazeroun, Fort Mian - Kotal.
