Anartia jatrophae is a species of butterflies in the family brush-footed butterflies. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Nearctic and The Neotropics. They visit flowers of Bidens alba, largeflower Mexican clover, Tithonia diversifolia, and Phyla nodiflora. They are diurnal herbivores. They rely on flight to move around.
