Pteromys volans (Siberian Flying Squirrel) is a species of rodents in the family squirrels. It is found in the Palearctic. It is a solitary, nocturnal omnivore. Individuals are known to live for 45.6 months and can grow to 158 g. Reproduction is dioecious.
