Chiococca alba (West Indian Milkberry) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They are climbers. They are native to The Contiguous United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Mato Grosso, RondôNia, AmazôNia, Sergipe, Minas Gerais, Cerrado, Amapá, Pará, Paraná, Rio De Janeiro, Maranhao, Piauí, Acre (Brazil), Tocantins, Rio Grande Do Norte, GoiáS, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Espirito Santo, ParaíBa, Ceará, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mata AtlâNtica, Bahia, AmazôNia, Caatinga, SãO Paulo, Alagoas, Distrito Federal, and Pantanal. They have simple, simple leaves. Flowers are visited by Xylocopa darwini and Large Carpenter Bees. Individuals can grow to 0.37 m.
