Najas guadalupensis (Southern Waternymph) is a species of annual herb in the family Hydrocharitaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to SãO Paulo, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Puerto Rico, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Sul, Bahia, Amapá, Canada, The Contiguous United States, Mata Atlântica, and Pantanal. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
