Lepas anatifera (Goose Barnacle) is a species of barnacles in the family goose barnacles. They are native to The Neotropics, Atlantic Ocean, Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands), The Nearctic, the Palearctic, and Pacific Ocean. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 70 mm. They have parental care (female provides care). They are sessile animals.
