Pseudoeurycea ahuitzotl (common name: imperial salamander, in Spanish tlaconete) is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. It is endemic to Mexico and only known from its type locality, Cerro Teotepec (Sierra Madre del Sur) in Guerrero, at about 2,000 m (6,600 ft) asl. It is known from open fir-pine-oak forest with bunchgrass. It seems to require fallen logs for hiding at the daytime.
The species might be extinct as it was last observed in the 1960s, despite later searches. Its habitat is threatened by logging and agriculture.
