Hyacinthus orientalis (Dutch Hyacinth) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asparagaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Anthophora plumipes (Pallas 1772). Dutch Hyacinth is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.31 m.
