Slo.: uniujoa viljeminka - Habitat: Mixed wood, dominant Fagus sylvatica, Picea abies, Fraxinus excelsior, Alnus incana, Coryllus avelana; NW hill slope, calcareous ground, in shade, partly protected from direct rain by tree canopies, average precipitations ~ 3.000 mm/year, average temperature 8-10 deg C, elevation 450 m (1.500 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. - Substratum: dead branch of Fagus sylvatica, partly still in bark, on ground. - Comments: Length of the fungi surface up to 60 cm (two feet); surface waxy, soft, less than 1 mm thick. Spores smooth, sausage shaped. Dimensions: 18.7 (SD = 1.3) x 5.6 (SD = 0.4) micr., Q = 3.32 (SD = 0.2), n = 30.
